Extinction Rebellion urgently need support for an action on 25 November targeting Nando’s and Tesco and their profiting from Avara/Cargill’s decimation of the River Wye and lands in South America. They need help to cover an outreach stall in High Town 9.30 – 4pm tbc  and help with leafleting/ petition/ placards outside Nando’s and Tesco 10.30 – 14.30 tbc

They need decent numbers for both of these activities and they may not go ahead unless the necessary volunteers can be guaranteed.

XR are asking you donate an hour or more of your time to one or both of these actions via marchesclimateaction@gmail.com

There are two final-preparation meetings: this Sunday 19th at 5pm and next Tuesday 21st at 5pm. Click here for the link to join the meeting.

And of course the Transition Leominster Repair Café – first Saturday of each month – will be on 2nd December.  A stall selling Christmassy ideas such as mistletoe will be in the hall where you can have your tea or coffee and Richard’s delicious bacon sarnies.
