FoBM have a BIG BUTTERFLY COUNT coming up on Sunday 16th July at 2pm. Meeting at the Green St entrance, participants are invited to choose a spot on the meadows and watch and count butterflies for 15 minutes. Spotter charts will be provided! If you want to bring a picnic to enjoy with friends and family do as well and make it a social event. All welcome, the more the merrier.
Herefordshire Wildlife Trust recently produced a short questionnaire on how people use the Bartonsham Meadows and how city residents in particular would like to see their newest reserve developed for nature and the community that surrounds it.
