St James and Bartonsham Community Association are holding an online meeting on January 27th at 7.30pm about the current state of the Wye with representatives of the groups engaged in various ways with tackling the problems of pollution and the advance of invasive river bank species. In addition to the speakers featured on the poster, Steve Taylor will be joining the meeting on behalf of the Wyeside Project which is part of Hereford’s Stronger Towns Fund Bid.
The Community Association will focus particularly on what we in Hereford can do to improve the situation in our part of the River as it flows through the city. Because the subject is of wide interest we are advertising this Zoom link beyond our local community in Bartonsham.
