News from Transition Leominster

Transition Leominster will be holding their second social get-together Wednesday 14th December 7pm at the Chequers. Their first one was most enjoyable with some new ideas buzzing. One of these was to do with bringing back films to Leominster and there is recently news from the Leominster Cultural Consortium that this is planned. They write:

You told us that you’d enjoy more films and events in Leominster, so we are delighted to be teaming up with Arts Alive and Flicks in the Sticks to bring new public film screenings and live performances to Leominster in the new year. Details are being finalised, so keep your eyes peeled for further information about dates and programme.”

Dates for your diaries:

10th December: Victorian market Corn Square, Leominster

14th January: Wassail Corn Square, Leominster

11th February: Leominster Seed Swap in the Priory
Leominster Community Choir will be singing at all three events
