HWT kicks 2023 off with pond-building – also critical for healthy bug life. A ‘garden ponds and water features’ wildlife talk with Bugs and Beasties Richard Fishbourne.
Venue: The Brewery Room at the back of the Barrels Pub, St Owen Street.
Richard will explain about pond creation, location, aspect, planting, maintenance, getting the best from your pond, making sure it is wildlife and toddler safe and how to complement the pond with other garden features.
There will be plenty of time for questions. A free event but donations welcome towards HWT’s work in the city. Come in good time to get a drink from the main bar before the talk.
