Can you take a half hour to make a comment on the Draft Local Plan?
The Local Plan for an area guides all decisions about planning and land development. It has to be pulled together with evidence, and by consulting with residents and groups. Currently, Herefordshire’s draft Local Plan is being consulted on.
The Food Alliance has looked at Herefordshire’s Local Plan, against what they have agreed they are working towards in Herefordshire.
HFA have commented on a number of policies, but they are looking for specific things that support good food for everyone so they hope you can use this document to help you respond to the consultation too.

Herefordshire Food Alliance has received an offer of funding from the UK Shared Prosperity fund that will enable them to hold collaborative food and film events over the next eight months, centred around food and farming in Herefordshire.
