“County-Based Networks – how can we keep local action going at a time of local government devolution?”
Although many of the details are not yet clear, it is very evident that councils at the town and parish level are going to have to step up to the mark to fill the gaps that are bound to appear in the transition to new arrangements, and to fill the holes that will inevitably arise (sink?). Please come and join Andrew Maliphant as he lays out some insights and necessary steps that councils are going to have to take – and the solutions that will help enable them.
