Six Inches of Soil: film showing with local food buffet, 21st October 6pm, Almeley Village Hall

Six Inches of Soil is the inspiring story of British farmers standing up against the industrial food system and transforming the way they produce food – to heal the soil, benefit our health and provide for local communities. There will be an extravaganza of local food prepared by the community (including meat from animals raised in Almeley, and local vegetarian alternatives). The film will be followed by a Q&A with local farmers and food providers, and there will be a bar & hot drinks available. Presented by the Herefordshire Food Alliance in collaboration with the Green Group.
