National Emergency Briefing Film Screenings

Last November, ten of the UK’s leading experts briefed an invited audience of over 1,200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport and the media to set out the implications of climate and nature breakdown for health, food systems, national security and the economy.
Screenings of the 45 minute film made of the briefing are taking place around the country to bring constituents, civic leaders and MPs together to hear the evidence – and consider what an emergency response should look like. Locally there are screenings at:
Thurs 30th April 7.30pm at Skenfrith Village Hall
Come and watch the film and join the discussion. Bar open, free event.

Saturday 6th June 4pm  at Ludlow Methodist Church

If you are interested in organising your own showing of the film, click here for a special update from The Great Collaboration all about staging a screening and managing the discussion about the film. And the Banter Session next Wednesday 29th April will be on how to prepare for and follow up on a screening – see the following item in this newsletter.
