Survey from Forestry England
Forest Research (part of the Forestry Commission in England) are doing some research on food forests aiming to build a clearer picture of these systems, their priorities, and how they contribute to both food production and other ecosystem services. This will help them to identify opportunities to support these types of food production. They are circulating a survey for those with existing forest gardens /food forests. The hope is that in time this research may lead to the farming/forestry grant system funding food forests as happens in the Netherlands. The researchers would like to invite you take part in this online survey.
Closing date for completing the survey is 30th September 2025.
