Wildlife Quest 26th May 10.00am till 12.30pm    Ross Community Gardens, Gloucester Road, Ross

Join CLaN CIC to discover how many species of animal, fungi and plant you can discover. Grab a net, tray, binoculars and books and see how many you can spot. Led by an expert wildlife enthusiast this is great for young and old. No charge and just turn up at any time. Supported by Herefordshire Community Foundation

 Spider ID Workshop 4th July 10.00am till 4.00pm      Peterchurch Village Hall

Learn about spiders with expert Bill Blumsom. There is a talk in the morning followed by fieldwork in a couple of local spots around the village. You will get to know some of the common species, some of their life strategies and how to collect them. No experience necessary. Free course provided by Cultivating Learning and Nature.
