Together we are stronger

The PEB film provokes strong reactions with its hard-hitting message about what the human race is doing to the planet such that it can seem as though there is nothing we can do to prevent complete ecosystem collapse. But it is not too late to ‘Think global, act local’. Almeley Village Hall

Hosted jointly by HGN gold member Almeley Green Group, St Mary’s Church Almeley, the Almeley Quaker Meeting and HGN gold member Herefordshire Food Alliance, this screening is on Tuesday 14th July starting at 6.30pm. Doors open at 6.30pm for a local food buffet with the film starting at 7.00pm (not 7.15pm as previously stated). The film will be followed by a short discussion about what it means for the community and what can be done locally. For more details, click here. Archenfield Community Environment Group (a gold member of HGN). This screening has been POSTPONED due to the extreme heat. It will now be shown on Thursday 23rd July at Llangrove Village Hall 7pm – 9.30pm followed by a facilitated discussion about what can be done next. Screening on Thursday 6th August at 6.30pm. There will be a particular focus on food security and the implications for farming. Refreshments available.

Screening at Colwall Park Hotel on 8th October at 7.00pm
