Nominations for the BBC Make a Difference Awards 2025 are now open. In their 4th year, they celebrate communities across the UK and the people who go above and beyond and make life better. There are 8 categories including ‘Green Award’ and ‘Volunteer’ and ‘Community Group’.
People can nominate someone by clicking here, where you can also see full Terms and the Privacy Notice. Nominations are now open and will close on Monday 31st March 2025 at 5:00pm. The winners will be announced at the Make a Difference awards ceremony in September.
