Want to get hands-on experience with hempcrete in Herefordshire?

Yolande and Andrew of Taste of Self Sufficiency on Howle Hill (HR9 5SP) are building a one bed hempcrete bungalow on their field.  They have employed contractors but have opportunities for volunteers to help hand cast hempcrete. The contractors are doing the mixing and Andrew with 3 volunteers will help cast the hempcrete.
Each day will start with refreshments/debrief at 8.30am with breaks of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.  Refreshments and lunch will be provided.  The day should finish around 4.30pm
There is access to fresh cold water on site and access to a hot shower and a flushed toilet across the lane for those who might want to camp.

There are vacancies for 2 volunteers on Monday 6th July and 3 vols on Tuesday 7th July, and again on Wednesday 8th July.
