It was good to hear a mention of a Repair Café on The Archers on Radio 4 last Sunday, 6th September, albeit only a brief mention of a pop-up RC at the local Flower and Produce show. Look out for more news in future newsletters from our county Repair Cafés about the ways that they are going to be involved with International Repair Day on 17th October.

Promoting Your Group at a Repair Café
Trash Nothing and Freecycle
If you have an item that is non-repairable try offering it on one of the re-use websites Trash Nothing or Freecycle for spares or repair. There may be someone out there who needs that widget that is still working on your non-working gizmo in order to get their gizmo up and running again.
