Flight Free UK have set up a petition in response to the recent approval of Luton, Gatwick and Heathrow airport expansions.
They are asking Parliament to listen to the advice of the Climate Change Committee and not to expand airports. Airport expansion is bad for people living near to airports because of an increase in noise and air pollution, and will also result in rising emissions, at a time when everyone should be doing all they can to reduce emissions.

They are trying to reach as many people as possible. At 10,000 signatures the petition will be sent to the government, and at 100,000 signatures it will be debated in Parliament.
