A bit like buses, three HGN Meetings are turning up all at once!
On Monday 6th December 5.30pm – 7pm there will be a Members Meeting.
On Wednesday 8th December 5.30pm – 7pm there will be a Gathering on the subject of Woodburners – see next post in this newsletter for details.
On Tuesday 14th December there will be a second Great Collaboration launch for those who were not able to attend last time – details in next week’s newsletter.
The HGN Members Meeting on Monday 6th December 5.30pm – 7pm will be a chance for member groups to exchange updates on what they have been doing, and also a chance to hear from HGN about the new Climate and Nature Partnership Board, the Citizen’s Assembly, the Bishop’s Gathering, plus an update on developments with The Great Collaboration.
We are planning this as a hybrid meeting – both in person and via Zoom at the same time, reviving the format of pre-pandemic meetings but also using technology to allow as many members as possible to join in. The Kindle Centre has been chosen as a central location that members can access easily. Numbers in the room will be limited to 15 due to Covid safety measures. If you attend in person, please take a Lateral Flow Test beforehand. There will be no limit on the numbers who can join via Zoom. Please let me know if you will be giving a brief (5 minute max) update, in person or on Zoom, on your group’s activities by e-mailing Rachel at admin@hgnetwork.org.
