Climate Distress Café

Run in collaboration with Herefordshire Green Network (HGN)

Monday 26th April 2021 from 18.30-19.30pm

In this session participants will explore the psychological effects of the climate crisis and identify ways they can support themselves and others as we all work towards a brighter future.

We will together identify the impact of the negative messages we read and hear every day and discuss what action we can take to be hopeful rather than feel hopeless.

The session will be run by Clare Cherry – Wellbeing and Personal Coach, along with Kate Gathercole of HGN.

Numbers limited to 12 per session so registering is recommended.  Cost: donation to HGN details to follow.
