The Climate Coalition conducted a survey of environmental groups nationally to find out what they were doing, what areas they covered (both geographically and in terms of activities) and where they felt they lacked skills and capacity. As a follow up they ran a webinar on the survey’s findings:

Training programme for local organisers
Starting at the end of July, TCC’s Build. Grow. Lead. training programme is built around what groups told them that they need most. Over six months, they will support you to build or strengthen a community group that can take action all year round and distribute responsibility and leadership to help keep up local momentum. You’ll finish December with real skills and connections to fellow organisers across the UK. You’ll also develop a concrete plan to get your group involved in Great Big Green Week 2027.
