The Brailsford Hall, Scouts Corner, Crozen Lane, HR1 2RX

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust is running the event supported by local volunteers. This community event links with Bartonsham Meadows where there is a new orchard which will start fruiting over the next few years.

Come along to The Brailsford Hall Scout Hut at any time between 1pm-4pm to have a go at turning apples into fresh juice using apple pressing equipment. Bring your own apples, clean containers and glass bottles if you have some – or there will be some apples available from local orchards. HWT would also love to build a collection of the community’s favourite recipes – so if you have a favourite apple recipe, feel free to bring it along to share. Everyone is welcome, suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
