A new initiative! “Mindfulness in the Time of Covid” started up recently. A session that will provide a way of coping with Covid through mindfulness, giving you the opportunity to nurture your resilience. This Mindfulness Space is open to all those wishing to benefit from learning to manage the daily concerns and uncertainties we are living with. Mindfulness helps us to be more resilient, engaging both the mind and the body, it provides us with the space to be at ease with ourselves, to cope as best we can with the challenges we are currently dealing with. Each session will be led by Franca Lane, a Mindfulness Teacher, working in schools, the NHS and MBCT-Spain. Franca has a background of working in mental health (both charities and the NHS) and has been practicing mindfulness since the 1990’s.
