Tuesday 4TH August (7.30PM – 8.20PM) Mindfulness in the Time of Covid

A session that will provide a way of coping with Covid through mindfulness, giving you the opportunity to nurture your resilience. This Mindfulness Space is open to all those wishing to benefit from learning to manage the daily concerns and uncertainties we are living with. Each session will be led by Franca Lane, a Mindfulness Teacher, working in schools, the NHS and MBCT-Spain. Franca has a background of working in mental health (both charities and the NHS) and has been practising mindfulness since the 1990’s.
