Friends of the Earth and others – Active Travel Event **CHANGE OF DATES**

Friends of the Earth, supported by other local, environmental groups are raising awareness of ways to decarbonise transport in Herefordshire, ahead of Herefordshire Council’s forthcoming Transport Strategy Review.

The event is to show support for the active travel measures already introduced by Herefordshire Council and to demonstrate public support for the Council to pursue a transport strategy of active travel and public transport.  There will be information and e-bikes on display, with electric car owners available to chat about the practicalities of running these newer, greener options.

There will also be a petition on the stall for people to sign, asking the Council to invest in cycling infrastructure.
