Applewood is a 20 acre smallholding as well as a training centre. There are various teaching and course spaces, from heated yurt and barn space to outdoor marquee and open air.
Applewood run a wide range of courses here, mainly focused on either Permaculture or the Cultural Emergence pathways (see website for more info).

Part of Natural England, Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF) raises awareness of diffuse pollution from agriculture by giving free farm visits, training and advice to farmers in selected areas in England. The aim of the advice is to improve the environmental performance of farms.
