Herefordshire Council and the local parish councils throughout the county have agreed a charter which sets out how they aim to work in partnership, building on best practice and working together to establish new and enhanced ways of working.

One of the key ways in which the charter is being delivered is through locality working.

The parish liaison and rural services officer provides a close link between Herefordshire Council and local councils and can offer help and advice to local councils on working with the council.
