Herefordshire Local Plan consultation

The Herefordshire Local Plan 2021-2041 Spatial Options consultation will close on 28 February, so there is still time if you would like to take part.

Herefordshire’s new Local Plan will help shape growth and development across the county up until 2041, ensuring that we deliver the required housing, alongside the jobs, infrastructure and services, to support growth in a way that is appropriate for the rural and historic character of the County. It will replace the Core Strategy 2011-2031. Feedback at each stage in the process of preparation will be really helpful in shaping the final Plan.

Earlier in the month, Council Members, Parish, Town and City Clerks and Councillors attended briefing meetings to see a presentation on the Spatial Options and ask any questions they may have had. The recordings and answers to the questions raised can be found in the Documents Library on the website by Clicking here
