Herefordshire Community Foundation – Surviving Winter Campaign

Herefordshire Community Foundation will launch it’s Surviving Winter campaign next week – giving grants of up to £300 per household for those in need (targeting the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged families with young children).  Applications must be via a support worker (or other professional).
